Punky Monkey Missions is VERY blessed to have so many people help us with donations this year including the famous Christian author Debbie Macomber! She wanted to help with our scarves and hats for the homeless so she sent me a bunch of yarn and I've already made about 10 scarves! I know that Debbie Macomber is a knitter and I would love to learn to knit some day too.
My mom and great-grandma read her books all of the time and so they were both very excited about this donation. If you are interested in her books here is a link Debbie Macomber books.

Thank you Shepherds Cross
On saturday our family went to Shepherds Cross to see their living nativity and while we were there they donated some yarn to Punky Monkey Missions and we are so grateful! Thank you Shepherds Cross!!! Please go visit them, it is a lovely farm! I have to go get busy crocheting some more scarves, I want to make at least 20 more for the homeless shelter before Christmas!

Handmade scarves for homeless shelter
I have also decided to donate a bunch of my handmade scarves to a homeless shelter and I am looking for yarn so if you happen to have any 1/2 used skeins of yarn and want to donate them to Punky Monkey Missions I would be so happy!
