Debbie Macomber-THANK YOU!

Punky Monkey Missions is VERY blessed to have so many people help us with donations this year including the famous Christian author Debbie Macomber!  She wanted to help with our scarves and hats for the homeless so she sent me a bunch of yarn and I've already made about 10 scarves!  I know that Debbie Macomber is a knitter and I would love to learn to knit some day too.

My mom and great-grandma read her books all of the time and so they were both very excited about this donation.  If you are interested in her books here is a link Debbie Macomber books.

Haiti fundraiser

This is Punky Monkey and I've been raising money for Haiti through the American Red Cross during the month of Feb and will also during the month of March. If you need custom made coasters, custom made cards, clothes for stuffed animals, a handmade hat or scarf and ANY type of card please contact me at punkymonkeymissions@cox.net because I've only made a little bit of money to donate and I would love to donate more to Haiti, they need all the help they can get.

Handmade scarves for sale!

Punky Monkey has been super busy crocheting scarves as a winter fund raiser. If you are interested in purchasing one please leave a comment or email us at Punkymonkeymissions@cox.net Punky monkey will customize your scarf to suit your needs like length, width, with or without fringe and of course color. Here is a sample of what she has already made and has ready to ship out to YOU! She is asking for $15 per scarf...Christmas is coming so you could stock up on scarves for family members!

This month Punky Monkey has chosen to help a family that is adopting 2 children and are in need of funds and since adoption is so close to Punky Monkey's heart this is her December fund raiser. Punky Monkey was adopted from South Korea when she was 5 months old and she just celebrated her 9 year "gotcha day" in November.
